Terry and Esa Everroad have over 25 years experience in music, evangelistic, teaching and pastoral ministry. While having audited some formal training courses, their best skills have been honed at the street level in overcoming life’s more difficult challenges with no other help than the Bible. They apply spiritual principles with pinpoint accuracy and are prepared to help you get where you’re going in either coaching or counseling situations and if you are pursuing a ministry in music, they serve as consultants who are seasoned at every level of church work. They have recorded a dozen music albums and ministered to audiences numbering more than a quarter of a million people.

The Everroads prefer to coach by email with supplemental phone calls. They share your information with each other so they can get a balanced viewpoint. What that means is that you are getting both a male and female perspective, actually, two brains for the price of one. They limit the number of coaching (or counseling) relationships they have at one time so they can give you the attention you need.
