Consulting
Music and Ministry, Our Specialty

As the term implies, consulting is for you if you have a specific vocation or ministry that you are actually engaged in or expect to be starting soon. If you are looking for practical details on how to make things happen and prioritize your agenda, this is for you. But we can only serve at a niche level. We have much experience in a limited area and we are willing to share what we know to help you jump-start your vocation or ministry. Remember, we view both of these as one and the same. Your vocation is your ministry and your ministry is your vocation.

Our particular area of expertise is music as ministry and itinerant (traveling) ministry, that is, trans-local ministerial work that may include missions (apostolic), prophetic, evangelistic, and teaching or any number of other activities that requires you to be away from home much or most of the time, even in foreign countries.

Terry and Esa Everroad worked full-time ministering at over 250 local churches, singing as husband and wife and that opened the door for a well-respected teaching ministry as well. They spent between 180 to 240 days a year on the road. They lived in San Miguel de Allende, a renowned artist community in Mexico, doing missionary work for seven years. They made a living at these things. Terry has also served in a pastoral role and has experience in all five vocations listed in Ephesians chapter 4. While every believer should have a ministry of some kind wherever they are, there are some who are called to make their living, or vocation, by the gospel, on a full time basis.

Before the first consultation, it’s vital that you know you are called, that your spouse is in agreement about the call and that your call is specific. If these three ingredients are not fairly well defined in your own mind, then you probably would be better off in a coaching relationship which will help give definition to your dreams and aspirations and bring them into sharper focus.

Terry received a vision in 1979 about the ministry he and Esa performed for over 20 years after putting on some old funky clothes, covering himself with ashes, and fasting and praying three days and nights. Though the Everroads began almost immediately at a part-time level, it took almost three years before the ministry developed to the point where they could go full time. It was during that period where their resolve was tested. Mind you, they had no formal training, no seminary experience to draw from, just a firm belief and commitment to what they perceived was a distinct call from God. They were in a hundred percent agreement about the nature of it, about how it would look, and about how they were to get where they thought God wanted them to be. You must also be that convinced of your call. If you are, get in touch with us so we can help.
